Stein has extensive experience from coaching, mentoring, facilitation, leadership and team development. He has been a certified ICF coach since 2014 and uses his expertise from business-oriented HR actively in the mentor and coaching context. This adds relevant knowledge and competence to the processes.
He is passionate about supporting managers and employees in their job and career development in private and public enterprises in addition to NGO's.
Stein's most important competencies are recruitment, organizational and competence development, communication and change processes, labor law, working environment and the implementation and operation of digital HR systems. This gives him a unique position as a communicator from both the employer's and the employee's perspective.
