An expert in developing a culture of ownership and responsibility in an organization, Annika actuates and energizes strategy, leadership, employeeship, communication and mobilization. A proven trainer, she effectively develops facilitators, mentors, HR personnel and leaders. She coaches and cultivates leaders in Scandinavia and internationally. Annika has extensive experience designing mentor programs in Europe, Africa, South America and Asia.
